DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a cognitive technique that helps you understand, accept, and regulate your emotions. I’ve coached with this technique for over 7 years.

Brown’s research has allowed me, along with thousands of others, to finally reach whole-hearted living. When we let go of what’s holding us back, we’re able to envision our futures more clearly. Some of her topics I use include vulnerability, daring greatly, healing shame, and finding your authentic self.

I know firsthand the invalidation, frustration, and overwhelm that come along with ADHD.
