Episode 13: I’m alive! Don’t worry, it’s ADHD.

Hello Tenacious Humans!

I know, I know, it’s been 10 weeks. Where in the world have I been??

Well. That one is hard to explain, but the simplest way I can say it is, “I have ADHD!”

In today’s episode I go into greater detail about what’s been going on in my world the last 10 weeks, what ADHD is, what it looks like for me day-to-day, and what you can expect from me when it comes to Tenacious Heart (coaching & the podcast).

I want to thank everyone who reached out to make sure I was doing okay ha! I am doing good. Things got really busy, stressful, and the added stress REALLY kicked my ADHD into hyperdrive. What you do need to know is that I’m doing well and getting back into the swing of weekly posting of content. Like I said, all of this will be explained on today’s episode.

I hope each of you are doing well, that you’re happy, and that you’re as shocked as I am that its March.
