Episode 16: Flexible Thinking, Working Memory, & Self-Monitering

Hello Tenacious Humans!

This week’s episode we are still on the ADHD train! We are breaking down the next 3 executive functions. They are, flexible thinking, working memory, and self-monitoring. Now remember! The reason we struggle with these cognitive skills is because our frontal lobes are not getting the amount of dopamine it needs to be able to function well.

I do have some exciting news! I have officially settled on a monetization decision. You may now make generous donations to support the podcast through Buy Me A Coffee! My donation link is, www.buymeacoffee.com/tenaciousheart

I’m still in the process of figuring out all that buy me a coffee has to offer. BUT for now, the donation link (I just highlighted it in green so you can see it better ha!) is totally live. You can make donations right now. I will be adding ways you can get more content from me via memberships or subscriptions. I’m still working through it all, but plan on making strides towards having memberships available to you soon.

I’d love to hear what you think about this weeks episode. I' am completely open to hearing any and all feedback. I am a one-man-show here at the pod. I’m learning a lot along the way, and know there may be things I’m missing, or things I’m blind to. Let me know what you think.

I want to take a minute to thank each of you. Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU. I often struggle with imposter syndrome. I’m no professional when it comes to producing, editing, and marketing this podcast and my coaching business. I often feel like I don’t know what I’m doing and hate feeling like a noob. I appreciate every single listen, every single download, every single like or share. Your support means the world to me. I could not do any of this without your support. Thank you. <3
